To report a faulty parking meter please call 1300 309 590.
When calling this number, you can either speak to an operator or request an SMS link to complete a form.
You will need to provide:
- the meter ID
- your vehicle registration number and
- fault description
If you still receive a parking fine
If you receive a parking fine, you must appeal it and include the reference number you received from your faulty parking meter report in your appeal.
