Yarra City Council has been alerted to an artwork on a private property in a Fitzroy laneway. Over 1,000 complaints have been received by Council since Friday last week, many of these are form letters.

Council’s Planning Enforcement team is investigating the matter currently and Council will take the appropriate action that is required under Yarra’s Planning Scheme. The current artwork does not have the required planning permit or permission.
