Yarra City Council’s next Council Meeting is scheduled for 6.30pm on Tuesday 17 December 2024 at Richmond Town Hall.
Key items on the agenda include:
The revised design for the Brunswick Street Oval precinct will be presented for endorsement.
A tender for the design and construction of the Yambla Pavilion redevelopment will be considered.
Proposed changes to waste charges and services will be reviewed, including options outlined in response to a Council motion from November 2024.
Findings of the Alphington Road Safety Study (RSS) and recommendations from the Road Safety Plan will be presented for endorsement.
An update on the shared e-scooter program will be presented, including plans to implement geo-fencing technology to address footpath accessibility issues and preparations for a permanent e-scooter scheme.
