Council decisions are made at meetings of the Council or the Planning Decisions Committee. Meetings are conducted in accordance with Governance Rules [ PDF, 649.31 KB] .

Everyone is welcome to attend Ordinary Council Meetings to contribute to the decision-making process or to observe the meeting. You may address the Council about an item on the agenda or ask a question during Question Time.
