Registration and consent
Our school holiday program is open to all young people aged 12 to 17 years, who live, work, study or have a strong connection to Yarra.
If you would like to attend one or more of our holiday program activities you'll need to complete a registration form and an excursion consent form.
These forms are provided in person at our Youth hubs in Fitzroy and Richmond.
Confirmation
We will phone you before each activity to confirm your attendance.
How much does it cost?
All activities are free.
How do I book?
Return your registration form / consent form to Youth Services by:
- Yarra Youth Services Instagram (DM us)
- Or In person at either:
- Fitzroy Youth centre: 156 Napier Street, Fitzroy
- Richmond Youth Hub - 110 Elizabeth Street, Richmond.
Cancellation policy
Fees will be refunded if Yarra Youth Services cancels or if you cancel your booking with 24 hours’ notice.
If you cannot attend an activity, please contact us ASAP on 03 9205 5555 so that your place can be given to someone on the waiting list.
What to bring
- Comfortable clothing
- Closed toe shoes
- Water bottle.
Delicious food is provided daily.
Behaviour policy
A Behaviour Policy applies to all young people who participate in the program.
Parent/guardians will be notified of any arrangements to be made and will be responsible for any associated costs for transportation from an excursion or from the centre if serious behaviour issues occur.
Photographic permission
Yarra Youth Services often take photographs/videos of young people to use for promotional purposes such as social media, website and council publications.
If you do not consent to Yarra Youth Services using photographic/video footage for these purposes please let us know when booking.
