Vaccination helps protect you against coronavirus (COVID-19), reduces the spread of the virus and bring us one step closer to getting out of lockdown.

We want to thank Yarra residents of all ages who have already rolled up their sleeves and been vaccinated.

We do have a way to go. 72% of residents in Yarra have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Less than half of our residents are fully vaccinated.

We urge all of those who are eligible to get vaccinated as soon as possible.

We understand that there is a lot of misinformation and some members of our community are apprehensive about getting the vaccine.

To help, we will be holding a community vaccine forum on Thursday 14 October, one at lunchtime and one in the evening.

We know the community have questions and this forum will help provide reassurance for you and your family.

You will be able to ask questions and learn more about AstraZeneca, Moderna and Pfizer from trustworthy and reliable sources.

Register now through Eventbrite.

It’s important we all work together to reach Victoria’s 80% double dose target, so we can get back to enjoying the things we love and seeing our loved ones.

In the meantime, you can book your vaccine:
