Holiday service changes

We will be operating some of our services on adjusted timetables during the holiday period.

Customer service

Our customer service centres will have adjusted operating times:

  • Christmas Eve Thursday 24 December: Closing 2pm
  • Christmas Day Friday 25 December: Closed
  • Boxing Day (holiday) Monday 28 December: Closed
  • New Years Day Friday 1 January: Closed

Service times on all other days will operate usual hours: 8.30 to 5pm.

Waste and recycling collections

This will be adjusted during the Christmas week (starting Wednesday 23 December).

Regular waste and recycling collection will resume Monday 28 December and will continue as normal, even on New Years Day, Friday 1 January 2021.
