Virtual Spin classes returning soon
Virtual Spin will return to both Collingwood Leisure Centre and Richmond Recreation Centre in approximately 4 - 5 weeks.
We will be working with Fitness on Demand who currently provide the Virtual programs in our group exercise rooms.
The required hardware is on the way, and we anticipate the date for the return of Virtual Spin will be around the 7 - 14 August.
The Virtual Spin Timetable will include:
Fitness on Demand - 'Induro' Scenic Rides
Les Mills - RMP and Sprint
The ICG Coach by Colour software will still be available for live Instructor led classes.
While we wait for the hardware, installation and testing, participants can attend live spin classes, use the gym bikes, and use the bikes in the spin rooms. Please be aware, technicians may be working in the studios at various times during the day.
Participants may also consider using the ICG Training App. This app provides guided rides direct to your mobile device or tablet that may be used in conjunction with our bikes.
