Direct debit payments

Your child will remain enrolled into their current lesson for the upcoming term. If you want to cancel a direct debit payment, please let us know in writing at [email protected].

Change your day, time or level

It's easy to change lesson days and times. Simply head onto the client portal and select the class you would like to transfer into.

Once you have selected your preferred class, select the 'transfer' option and follow the prompts to book your new class time.

You can check your current level through the 'skills' section of the client portal, or you can ask us by:

• visiting reception
• speaking to us on deck before or after your lesson
• calling us on 9205 5522.

Please note: moves and changes cannot be accepted via email.
