Evaluating projects and programs - online workshop

-

Every strong project begins with a clear purpose and ends with an understanding of its impact.

This session supports participants to plan for evaluation from the beginning. It explores practical ways to gather and analyse data before, during, and after a project, helping organisations understand the problem they’re addressing and whether they’re making a meaningful difference.

Topics include:

  • Clearly measure the impactor your project/program – against goals and objectives
  • Celebrate what has been delivered / achieved
  • Document successes and failures - identify ways to improve your project/program
  • Monitoring - make changes to your plan when it’s not going as planned
  • Prepare project/program reports to manage progress
  • Plan for long-term projects/programs
  • Demonstrate your organisation’s ability to develop and deliver projects/programs
  • Determine if it’s something you will do again
  • Submit your project/program for an award
