Request a copy of your rates notice
Your rates notices will be sent to you each August. If you have moved, would like your rates notice delivered to a different address, or to have an agent act on your behalf, please update your details with us.
To access an additional copy of your rates notice, you have two options.
Access a copy online
When accessing a copy online, you can expect:
- Instant access (once you establish your account)
- No charge
- To access notices from 31 January 2021 to present
With our online portal (eRates) you can access your notices anytime, anywhere.
Set up your eRates account
To establish an eRates account you will need:
- an email address
- a previous rates notice from Yarra City Council
Request an additional copy by email
When requesting a copy by email, you can expect to:
- Access notices dated before 31 January 2021
- Allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Please note you may also be charged an administrative fee.
