The Youth Support program provides free short-medium term support to young people aged 12-25 who live, work, study, or have a strong connection to the City of Yarra.
The Youth Support program provides free short-medium term support to young people aged 12-25 who live, work, study, or have a strong connection to the City of Yarra. We provide generalist case management which can include outreach, information and referral, and advocacy to navigate challenges in areas including mental and physical health, disability, housing, alcohol and other drug use, family and peer relationships, education, legal and financial stress.
The Youth Support program is not a crisis service and is staffed weekdays from 9am-5pm.
