Amendment C317 - Cremorne Precinct (Interims)
The Minister for Planning has approved this Amendment.
Council has progressed an Amendment that introduced interim planning provisions for the Cremorne Enterprise Precinct (DDO51, DDO52 & DDO53).
The interim controls were first introduced to the Yarra Planning Scheme on 25 September 2025 via Amendment C317yara.
The amendment extends the interim controls until 29 January 2027, while the permanent controls are being considered by the Minister for Planning.
