Amendment C273 - Heidelberg Road
The Minister for Planning has approved this Amendment.
The Amendment came into operation when notice of its Approval was published in the Victorian Government Gazette on 30 July 2026.

Overview
The Amendment implements built form and heritage analysis prepared for the Heidelberg Road Neighbourhood Activity Centre and commercial land in Alphington and Fairfield by replacing interim Schedule 18 to the Design and Development Overlay with Schedule 11 to the Built Form Overlay, deletes the Heritage Overlay, updates local policy within the Planning Policy Framework and makes other consequential changes to the Yarra Planning Scheme, as part of the Train and Tram Zone Activity Centres Program.
