What is TAG?
The Adaptation Game (TAG) is a fun, interactive board game experience designed to support you to better understand climate impacts and explore how to adapt as individuals and as a community.
Developed using scientific research and local data, TAG uses collaborative storytelling to explore climate futures. Over the course of a 2–3-hour session, trained facilitators guide players through scenarios based on climate shocks predicted to affect Yarra over the coming decade.

Why play TAG?
TAG brings the global challenge of climate change to our local neighbourhoods in Yarra. Participants leave with a better understanding of the climate impacts anticipated to affect our community, and an increased knowledge of what they can do as an individual or community to adapt and be prepared.

Want to host a game for your group? Whether it’s your neighbours, sports club, residents association, or parents' group, we would be thrilled to host a session of TAG for you. It is suitable for groups of 8-24 people, and all you would need to do is show up – we'll handle the rest!
