Yarra Youth Climate Action Fund Grant applications open 17 August
Young people aged 15-24 can apply for grants up to $7,000 for climate action projects with a positive local impact.
Young people in Yarra are invited to turn bold climate ideas into local action through Yarra's Youth Climate Action Fund Grants.
In Yarra, grants of $1,500 to $7,000 are available for youth-led projects that respond to the climate emergency and make a positive impact locally. Young people aged 15 to 24 can apply with the support of an eligible partner organisation.
Supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies’ global Youth Climate Action Fund, this initiative is part of an international effort empowering young people to design and deliver solutions to local climate challenges, from reducing waste and emissions, to raising climate awareness, caring for Country and building community resilience.
Applications open Monday 17 August and close Monday 28 September 2026.
