We're improving parks for three Yarra suburbs

Using the feedback we received last year, we have developed Concept Designs for Annettes Place in Richmond, Edwardes Place in Fitzroy North and Garryowen Park in Fitzroy.

To meet the diverse needs of our growing population, we are planning on upgrading Annettes Place in Richmond, Edwardes Place in Fitzroy North and Garryowen Park in Fitzroy.
Last year we asked you to help us understand the priorities and needs for these spaces. We used your feedback to inform the development of a Concept Design for each location.
You can now share your thoughts on the draft Concept Design for Annettes Place and Garryowen Park and tell us: 
 
  • if the playground shown in the draft Concept Design is a space you or your family or children would like to visit and play
  • If the play features shown in the draft concept design, offer a wide variety of play options, providing something for everyone
  • which proposed key park features are the most important to include
  • any other comments and suggestions you may have about the draft Concept Design.
Due to the strong support to maintain the current layout and unique character of Edwardes Place in North Fitzroy, we will be implementing minor improvements at Edwardes Place with no further community consultation but you can still view the Concept Design by visiting the Your Say Yarra page.
