Customer service centres
Our customer service centres at Richmond Town Hall and Collingwood Town Hall are closed on all public holidays.
Residential bin collections
Bin collections will be collected as normal.
Clifton Hill Recycling Centre
The drop-off recycling centre at 168 Roseneath Street, Clifton Hill is closed on all public holidays.

Leisure
- Leisure Centres: 8am to 6pm
- Burnley Golf Course: 7am to 6.00pm (final tee time)
- Collingwood Estate Gym: Closed

Libraries
Our libraries are closed on all public holidays, however Open Library access is available at all branches except Fitzroy Library.
