Sue Wilkinson – Yarra’s CEO is responsible for:
- Implementation of Council’s strategic strategies and policies
- Providing strategic advice to Council
- Day-to-day management of operations
- Developing and implementing a Staff Code of Conduct [ PDF, 259.35 KB] for Council employees.
The CEO leads an Executive Management Team, including four General Managers, and around 900 Council Officers.
