Connection and Care at a Time of Climate Crisis - Interactive Performance and Talk

Wednesday 28 February 2024

Join this free Sustainable Living Festival event, where Melbourne Playback Theatre alongside clinical psychologist, Dr Jarrod White will explore the emotional impacts of the climate emergency through an evening of storytelling and connection.

There are many working tirelessly to change the trajectory of our planet. There are many who spend waking hours thinking of what more they can do. There are many who are feeling on edge, anxious, concerned, angry, hopeful and hopeless, powerless, overwhelmed and even lonely in the experience of it all.

Taking time for yourself to process all of these emotions and experiences is an important part of the action we can take to care for ourselves and our planet.

Come along and join this moment of storytelling, conversation and learn about some ways to better nurture ourselves in a climate changing world.
