Council meetings are public forums where Councillors come together to meet as a Council and make decisions about important, strategic and other matters.
Council meetings are decision-making forums and only Councillors have a formal role. However, Council is committed to ensuring that any person whose rights will be directly affected by a decision of Council is entitled to communicate their views and have their interests considered before the decision is made.

Registering for the Meeting
This is an Extraordinary Council meeting scheduled specifically to consider feedback provided as part of the budget exhibition process and adopt the Budget 2023/2024, the Long Term Financial Plan 2023/2024 to 2031/2032 and the Revenue and Rating Plan 2023/2024., The meeting is the final step in a process which includes the receipt of written submissions and the opportunity to address the Council at an Extraordinary Meeting on 5 June 2023. There is no further opportunity to address the Council at this meeting.
