Participating in Council meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic

In order to ensure the health and safety of Councillors, staff and the community during the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public are not able to attend council meetings in person. Instead, our community is encouraged to live stream the proceedings online.

This is in accordance with advice provided by the State Government. 

Making a submission

In order to participate in the meeting, either by asking a question during Public Question Time or making a submission in relation to an item being considered at the meeting, you can lodge a 250 word written submission, which will be read in full to the Council by a Council officer on your behalf.

You will need to lodge your submission online using this form by midday on Tuesday 5 May 2020.
