Collingwood Leisure Centre

Easily accessible by public transport and close to the Darling Gardens, the Collingwood Leisure Centre is a fitness oasis in the inner-city.

Its facilities include a gymnasium with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an aerobics room, a 25-metre lap pool, toddler pool, learn-to-swim pool, spa and sauna. 

The Collingwood Leisure Centre is located on the corner of Hoddle and Turnbull Streets, Clifton Hill. The Centre is open every day of the week, and on most public holidays.

Landscaping works – Collingwood Leisure Centre

Preparation for the landscaping works scheduled to be conducted to the front entrance of the Collingwood Leisure Centre began on Monday 20 May.

The works to be conducted will require establishment of a work site with some amendments to current access. As a result site fencing will be erected to the area on Monday 27 May.The upper walk way from the car park to the building will not be available, and a small number of car parking spaces will be temporarily unavailable to accommodate site operations.

Access to the front entrance of the facility will be via the lower footpath walkway.

It is anticipated that the works will take up to eight weeks to complete and consolidate.

Pool area reopens

Collingwood Leisure Centre's new aquatic area reopened on 16 January 2012 following a $7.8 million redevelopment. The revamped aquatic area features bigger pools, an upgraded spa and sauna area and new change facilities.

• ramp access to the Centre
• a pool hoist for easy access in and out of the pool
