At Tuesday night’s Council Meeting, Council:

• endorsed a community consultation regarding the installation of additional play equipment at Cambridge Street Reserve in Collingwood. 
• supported the proposed planning scheme amendment C322yara for the Richmond Power Station renewal project, subject to conditions improving public access and environmental sustainability.
• agreed to address the insurance challenges facing local live music venues by seeking a report and exploring advocacy options.
• resolved to engage with the City of Melbourne, Merri-bek Council, the Health Minister and other stakeholders on greening Melbourne General Cemetery.
• resolved to request State Government proactive assistance in implementing its circular economy reforms in public housing developments in Yarra.

• Governance Report - February 2024
  - Council resolved to urge Local Government Victoria for more engagement time on reform consultations, advocating for proper resources to support integrity reforms in local government.
• Quarterly Community Report - Quarter Two 2023/24
