We have a number of advisory committees which enable community members to have input into our policies, directions and activities.

All advisory committees operate in accordance with the Council Committees Policy, which sets out the role of committees and how they operate, explains how members are selected, provides behavioural expectations for members and sets out a number of transparency and operational provisions.

Each advisory committee also has a terms of reference, which describes the role of that committee, the membership composition and any specific provisions which apply. The terms of reference for each committee can be found on its individual page below.
