We produce an annual plan alongside each year’s budget, setting out specific projects and activities that we will undertake over the year that work towards the strategic objectives in our council plan.
The annual plan includes priority projects, capital works projects, actions in response to initiatives in the council plan and other strategies and plans.
All actions in the annual plan have been approved and resourced through the annual budget process. Progress of the annual plan is monitored and reported quarterly to council and the community.
