Stolen Generations Marker
Each year on National Sorry Day, we gather to honour First Peoples who were forcibly removed from their families and reflect on the impacts of this deeply hurtful period in our shared history.
We encourage everyone in Yarra to stand together and join us for a Sorry Day Smoking Ceremony to foster healing and create a shared path forward. There will also be a special performance by musician Amos Roach.
This event is an opportunity for everyone in Yarra to consider how we can journey together towards a more united and respectful future.
All are welcome to attend this free community event. Bookings are not required.
