Victoria Street will be closed between Hoddle and Church streets at 11.59pm Saturday 1 February and will re-open at approximately 5am on Monday 3 February.

Victoria Street (between Hoddle and Church Street) Richmond will be a tow-away area to facilitate the traffic management for the Victoria Street Lunar Festival. This tow-away area takes effect at 5pm on Saturday 1 February and expires at 5am on Monday 3 February.
