The subject site is located in the Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) and is affected by a Heritage Overlay (HO310) and Design and Development Overlay (Schedule 21).

Features of the proposal include:

2,061sqm of office floor area and 303sqm of food and drinks floor area;
29 car parking spaces located in a basement level accessed from Corns Place; and
25 bicycle spaces.
