Use of the western building as offices (NFA 21,844sqm – no permit required for this use), with 4 x ground floor food and drink premises (total leasable floor area of 783sqm);
126 car parking spaces provided in the basements below the western building;
302 bicycle parking spaces throughout the development;
An on-site loading bay.
