Council has received an application for a planning permit seeks partial demolition of all buildings for the use and development of the site for an eight storey office building with basement (permit required for office use, operating 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday) and a full reduction in the car parking requirement.
Construction of an eight storey building with an overall height of 29.8 metres (height including plant);
Use for offices with a floor area of 2355sqm across ground floor to level 07 with a ground floor/Level 01 meeting and theatre space to be used in association with the office use. Primary access to the offices will be from Peel Street.
No car parking will be provided on-site, with 27 bicycle parking spaces provided for staff in a basement level bicycle hub that also includes end-of trip facilities. For visitors, three bicycle spaces are provided on-site with four hoops proposed within Peel Street.
