This application for a planning permit seeks approval for part demolition (the existing buildings on-site are to be demolished with the exception of sections of the single storey commercial shopfront building fronting Bridge Road and the double storey existing white rendered heritage building at 195 Lennox Street) of the existing buildings for the development of a six storey commercial development (predominantly new office space along with medical suites, retail at ground and first floor level and an event space / showroom.
