Features of the proposal include:

Partial demolition of the existing buildings on site;
Construction of a seven storey building containing:
A 60sqm shop, five office tenancies (462.10sqm) and café within lobby area accessed from Nicholson Street;
A total of 10 dwellings comprising of 1 x 1 bedroom apartments and 9 x 2 bedroom apartments; and
Rooftop terraces including 2 private terraces (facing west) and 1 communal terrace (facing east).
22 car parking spaces are provided in a car stacker arrangement accessed from the rear right-of-way and 18 bicycle spaces provided on the ground floor, with end-of-trip facilities provided in the basement.
