The building generally presents a 3 storey street wall (podium) with tower forms behind at 9–12 storeys. Maximum building height is approximately 52m high (plus rooftop plant equipment). A new east-west pedestrian link will be created through the site connecting Smith St to Reeves St. The commercial and office tenancies will be accessed via Smith St with the northern portion of the ground floor adopting a market hall concept with small food and drink tenancies and an open plaza area. Landscaping is proposed at ground and upper levels.
