Section 72 Amendment for the following changes:

 

  • Amendment to the permit preamble to include residential hotel instead of ‘serviced apartments’;
  • Deletion/amendment of conditions no longer relevant due to the amendment;
  • Amendment of conditions ;
  • Increase in the car parking by 9 spaces from 231 (plus five car share spaces) to 240 (plus five car share spaces);
  • B6 is now a residential hotel (200 rooms with function spaces, office, restaurant, bar and lounge) instead of a residential building;
  • B8 is now an office instead of a hotel;
  • Apartments in B9 have decreased in number and internally reconfigured to increase in size;
  • Reconfigured car parking allocation and a distribution of the 40 spaces previously proposed for Stage 2 to Stage 1;
  • Lower level elevation changes associated with fire damaged building beneath B6; and
  • Subsequent built form changes (internal and external).
