Features of the proposal include:

The ground floor consisting of a 1,390 square metre supermarket and a 120 square metre bottle shop, as well as the lift lobby
The first floor consisting of 1,352 square metres of medical centre floor space
The second to ninth floor containing 8,471 square metres of office floor space
Three basement levels of car parking containing 157 spaces, with vehicle access from an altered crossover to Nicholson Street
A loading area with vehicle access from the laneway to the north
A total of 125 bicycle parking spaces across the basement levels and ground level
