Features of the proposal include

Construction of a twelve (12) storey building plus basement car parking
A ground floor food and drink premises (cafe) with a total floor area of 214 square metres and two ground floor shops with floor areas of 241 square metres and 133 square metres respectively
A total of 87 dwellings, including 23 with one bedroom, 62 with two bedrooms and two with three bedrooms
A total of 87 car parking spaces provided within the three levels of basement
Vehicle access to the basement car parking provided from the rear laneway (Little Turner Street)
A total of 111 bicycle parking spaces provided within the development
