Childcare Centre – max 78 children between newborn and 5 years old 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and maximum 5 staff – located on the third floor with drop off areas within the basement
Five x Arts and Crafts Centres located at ground floor along Nicholson Street

Construction of a new laneway along the northern boundary
A total of 148 car spaces provided over three basement levels accessed from Little Nicholson Street and
A total of 122 bicycle spaces
