On the 17th of January, 2018 the applicant advised of the intention to formally substitute amended plans for the VCAT hearing commencing on the 12th of February 2018.


The plans make the following (key) amendments from the previously advertised material:


 - Reduction in overall height from 9 storeys to 5 storeys

- Reduction in number of dwellings from 9 to 2.

- Increase in size of café

- Decrease in size of office

- Increase in number of bicycle spaces

- Increase in car parking provision for office and café staff
