After the hearing commencing on 20 March 2017, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) set aside Council’s decision on 13 April 2017 and directed to issue a permit subject to a number of conditions (see copy of permit and endorsed plans and documents below) for the following

Construction of a multi-story building containing two or more dwellings, use of the land for shops, reduction in the car parking requirements and waiver of the loading bay requirement in a mixed use zone.
