On 22 January 2018 Council was advised by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) that they had set aside Council's decision and directed Council to issue a permit for the following (see copy of permit below)

Development of the land for buildings and works, including the construction of three buildings, use of the land as accommodation (dwellings and serviced apartments), function centre, shop and restaurant, food and drink premises (café), art gallery, reduction in the car parking requirements and construction and display of signs (relocation of Nylex and Victoria Bitter signs on top of silos B8 and B9).

Council has not yet endorsed plans/documents which it can provide to the public. Once plans are endorsed/documents, they will become public documents and be available on this page.
