After a 3 day hearing commencing on 7 December 2015, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) set aside Council’s decision on 9 March 2016 and directed to issue an amended permit (see copy of permit and all endorsed plans and documents below) for the following.

The construction of a building and carrying out of associated works.
The reduction in the number of car parking spaces, and
The waiver of the loading/unloading bay requirement.
