Richmond West after school care and vacation care programs operate at Richmond West Primary School.
Both programs cater for primary school aged children (5 to 12).
What we offer
The after school programs provide a safe and inclusive environment. Educators are dedicated, fun and highly qualified professionals who engage in ongoing development to ensure they're on top of their game.
The vacation care programs offer a variety of fun and age appropriate activities including indoor and outdoor games, art and craft, excursion and in-house activities. All experiences have a focus on enjoyment and leisure for primary school age children, in a safe and stimulating environment.
Our programs work together with Richmond West Primary School's extra-curricular activities so children are able to attend music and Karate lessons on the school grounds. We have also built strong relationships with the local libraries and business.
The programs are licensed and assessed for Quality under the National Quality Framework, including the Education and Care Act & Regulations 2011 and the National Quality Standards. All our educators hold qualifications and other relevant training in courses such as: Education, Child Care, Youth, Recreation, Social Work or Allied Health.
A risk assessment has been prepared for each excursion and routine outing. In the instance that an excursion is booked to capacity, in-house activities or in-house visits are offered to families as an alternative.
