Find out more about the Electrify Everything campaign
We proudly work with more than 60 councils across Australia on the Electrify Everything campaign. Part of this campaign is our Library of Things.
The Library of Things is a collection of items that you can check out with your library card. Using them can highlight how energy efficient your home is and save you power on cooking.
Who can borrow items?
You must be a full library membership to borrow items from the Library of Things collection.

How to borrow and return items
You can order items in our catalogue. You must pick up and return items by visiting your nearest branch.
You can borrow an item for three weeks at a time, with possibility of renewal if it's not in high demand. We may also shorten the borrowing time for high-demand items.
Induction cooktops are faster, more reliable and cheaper than gas stoves or electric hotplates, reducing energy consumption by up to 70%.
