We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

A great role model to many during a lifetime of service. The City of Yarra extends its deepest sympathies to the members of the royal family and to the people of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth, as they grieve the loss of their Queen and longest serving matriarch. 

In recognition of her passing Yarra City Council will be flying our flags at half-mast at all our town halls during the 10-day mourning period.
