We are seeking creative, passionate people with a range of skills, experience and backgrounds to represent the diversity of the LGBTIQ+ community on a committee.

Yarra has an important role to play in upholding and protecting our diverse population’s human rights and providing opportunities for the LGBTIQ+ community to participate in the decisions making process.

Our LGBTIQ+ Advisory committee will support and advise Council on issues affecting the LGBTIQ+ community. The committee will meet 6 times a year and will also act as a channel for communication between the LGBITQ+ community and Council.
