The Room to Create Program encompasses a range of initiatives to help keep the arts in Yarra. As the City continues to change, our Council-owned spaces make it easier for creatives to access space. This will help to keep Yarra a vibrant and creative centre for the arts.

Residencies are open to artists as individuals, partnerships or collectives. Successful applicants will receive exclusive use of the nominated space for a 12-month period.

Residencies are part of our Room to Create Program. This program aims to keep the arts in Yarra by providing support for eligible artists or groups through an artist-in-residency program.
