Medium sized meeting room within Bargoonga Nganjin suitable 18 boardroom style and 30 theatre style for general meetings, presentations and conferences.

Audio Visual Systems

• There is a wall-mounted projector and screen to be used for PowerPoint presentations
• Laptop computers can be linked to the projector via the HDMI wall input with a HDMI cable
• The room includes built in stereo speakers for amplified audio playback
• Conference call equipment available on request
• Includes a whiteboard and the AV screen can also be used as an interactive whiteboard

Use of Building

Bargoonga Nganjin is multi-purpose community hub, which may be used by a range of groups at any given time. At all times, the Hirer and their guests should be respectful of other users of the space, keep noise to a reasonable level and not impede access to communal areas. High risk/noisy events will not be accepted in this space.

This room is located within the library and is only available to be hired during library opening hours. Please review our conditions of hire.

If you’re a first-time user, please register with us.

If you are from an organisation, please ensure you register your organisation and book in the organisation’s name.

Not-for-profit groups may be eligible for a discounted rate. You must first contact us on 9205 5555 or [email protected] to get verified for a discounted rate.
