Children are both storytellers and explorers in this unique, free audio experience.

This open-air audio experience theatricalises the Abbotsford Convent landscape using the voices and imaginations of children.

Wearing headphones and a customised backpack, kids jump in and out of invisible sound zones to trigger the voices of trees, footpaths and rubbish bins. They draw images of the characters they hear in a special notepad and give each picture to their accompanying parent as they wander.

When they have listened to this strange new world, they hide a drawing of themselves in the place they choose to live.

Session times 

Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday: 9am to 4.30pm
Sunday: 10am to 2pm 

30 minute sessions starting every half an hour.

6 child/adult pairs per session.

Bookings are essential.
