For the 2022 Seniors Festival, the Richmond Community Learning Centre and over 55's retirement village Ardency Kennedy Place are hosting an introductory series of Zumba Gold each Friday in October.

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and is a great way to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors.

The amazing instructor Lisa Zumba will lead each class set to Latin and international dance rhythms and focus on mobility, balance and coordination. Following each class, a complimentary morning tea will be provided so you can connect with other participants.
